Author Biography: Ed Gould has been a journalist most of his life and has worked for daily and weekly newspapers, radio and the national wire service. He was assistant editor of the Victorian, where he also wrote a popular column.
Prior to that he edited tree Victoria area weeklies, was a reporter for the Victoria Times and worked for various newspapers and radio stations in British Columbia and Alberta.
He now lives in Victoria where he is freelancing again, a pursuit he reluctantly gave up when he left the Gulf Islands. No one ever really leaves the Gulf Islands, Mr. Gould said. I go back frequently to visit friends and a half-acre lot there. The Gulf Islands never let you go. |
