Author Biography: Chris Harvey-Clark is a marine biologist and veterinarian who first put on a diving mask as a boy in 1966 in the Mediterranean Sea. His love of tide pools, beachcombing and marine history led him to the University of Victoria where he earned a degree in marine biology. Later he qualified as a veterinarian and now pursues research and clinical interests in marine animals from cephalopods to sea otters. He has been diving for twenty years and taking underwater photographs and video for the last seven years. He lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia. |
